Warming up is important before any kind of exercise, so this one also requires some warming up.

Move your lower jaw forward and then backward and after that side to side. Do all the movements slowly and without any jerks. Repeat this exercise 8 to 10 times.

1.Open your mouth and roll your bottom lip over your lower teeth. Think as if you need to scoop water with your lower jaw. Lower you head in a scooping motion and then close your mouth while lifting your head. Make sure the corners of your lips are totally relaxed when you do this exercise. Repeat it 5-7 times.

2.Stick out your tongue as far as possible and then try to reach your nose with your tongue. Your lips should be relaxed when you do this exercise and then repeat this process 5 times.

3.Turn your head to the left side and pull your lower jaw forward which will strain the muscles of your neck. Then turn your head to the right and do the same movement. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side.
